Treatment for telagiectasia around nose and eyes, two v-beam treatments did not work?

i have visible small capillaries around my nose and eyes, which i can easily cover with make up. However, the redness bothers me. Two vbeam treatments (the last a week ago) no results. shall i continue with vbeam or shall i try something else?

532 KTP or 755, or 1064 lasers.

Hard to comment, as we need to know your skin type, the vessels and settings. Teles usually go with V BEAM laser, if resistant, certain a tracing laser like a 532 KTP, or 1064 ( this is usually reserved for deeper vessels or bigger ones can help). Good old fashioned IPL can work as Dr Emer mentioned. All the best, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.

Small Blood Vessel Treatment --- If V Beam/Pulsed Dye Didn't Work Try Yellow Laser or IPL or Excel V

I suggest you see an expert as there are other vascular lasers on the market, although often seeing an expert just requires a small change in settings.  These vessels can take 2-4 treatments for improvement.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Redness around the Nose

V-Beam is the best laser to reduce redness around the face and nose.  The capillaries around the nose are particularly difficult to remove and can take additional treatments.  Best, Dr. Green
