I've just started laser removal with cutera enlighten. Is it common to do one session with nanosecond before picosecond?

Enlighten Laser Tattoo Removal
It is common to use the nanosecond setting for the first 1-2 treatments, as it is more effective in breaking up denser ink. Subsequent treatments use picosecond settings for additional clean up. The ability to use both nanosecond and picosecond pulse duration as well was ability to use 2 different wavelengths make the Cutera Enlighten the best machine presently available for tattoo removal. Clearance of ink is better, with significantly fewer treatments typically needed.
