hello i'm a girl with coarse and fine hair mixture and a skin type 2 or 3. I want to do LHR with diode laser but how can i be sure about the settings of laser hair removal machine if this is right and effective? can a laser machine be operated in some settings which leads to less hair reduction or more needed sessions?

The laser hair removal will not cause you to get any bacterial or viral infection in your throat. The laser does not penetrate that deep. It is just bad luck you got a throat infection right after hair removal.
