Revision Rhinoplasty Tip "pulled down" - Does this affect the skin on my mid face?

I had a revision rhinoplasty almost a year ago. The surgeon "pulled" my nose "down". I'm so over-rotated that my nostrils are pulled up on the side and I look like I'm snarling. (Looks even worse when I smile). I swear the skin on my midface is pulled down too (I can see a difference in the location of one larger pore on my nose). Is this possible? If so, could this be addressed in a revision somehow? How could my nose have been pulled down without the inside of my eyebrows drooping?
