How can reverse rapid onset aging from collagen/elastin depletion in my face as a result of UV rays or is it permanent? (Photo)
After 5 months of working in an office where I was facing a window that got direct sunlight most of the day, I'm seeing how it has damaged the elasticity and collagen in my face. My skin is much thinner and stretchier now, and my forehead, cheeks, lips, chin, and nose have all flattened. I saw signs of it after two months and started using sunscreen, but I couldn't close the blinds and think that sunscreen couldn't block everything. At 25, what can I do to reverse the damage if at all possible?
