Are 2 or 3 implants better for supporting a 4 unit bridge?

The teeth I am missing are 11,12,13, and 14, and I am getting different advice from two periodontists. I am wondering which way has a better long term prognosis or whether I'll be considering another structure.

Bridge

This depends on your bone structure and spacing of the implants, three would guarantee more support long term, however it al comes down to planning and key positions.

Implant bridge

11,12,14 implants & 13 the Pontic is how I would design it. Your current bone condition may alter this.
