Abutment screw or implant--see pic--fell out last week. Perio had difficulty w/ implant procedure, b/c my mouth opening is very restricted by TMJ. (1.5 yrs ago, perio did bone graft during extraction, & this time did a sinus lift.) So, if it's just the screw, great..but not prepared to redo procedure. Was painful & neighboring tooth has gotten looser since. Knowing implant fell out once gives me doubt re: either ability of perio or my ability structurally to retain an implant in that area.
