Can Fractional laser help with fibrosis within the deeper dermal layers ?

Is there a connection between deeper scar tissue (caused from facial fillers as Radiesse) and fractional laser ? I have been using an at-home fractional laser (Tria) and seemed to work quite well, although wasn't sure why I have white lumps where the radiesse used to be in the first place. Thank you

Radiesse is white and viscous so not sure what these white bumps are. Sometimes histology can help. Fractional lasers can certainly help with scdar tissue

I recommend getting a formal consultation with a cosmetic dermatologist for best results. I'm not clear on if the white bumps occurred after your in-home laser treatment.  Scar tissue should be treated with a combination of lasers, microneedling/prp, subcision and fillers. At-home lasers won't give the same results. You'll want to see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
