Hello, thanks for share you concerns with us. to answer your question, the BBL procedure consist in take autologus fat and transfer to buttooks to preform a better shape.  the normal areas that can be used to take out the fat are: entire back, abdomen and thighs. there requierements to makes this procedure, like CBC levels, BMI levels etc.. Fat can be harvested wherever there might be extra fat deposits.  You would have to be seen in person to be properly evaluated.
