I had a top palate expander and braces as a kid. I had a normal chin up until the braces, and then it was recessed. I also acquired TMJ. I'd prefer a DNA appliance to a sliding genioplasty. I don't think a orthognatic surgery is the best option because of the cost and that my bite is pretty ok in the back. I've seen very few before and afters with the DNA appliance that aren't associated with Dr. Singh and wondered if anyone had success with it. I'd really like to fix my chin and TMJ. Thank you.
