Will Dermabrasion Fix "Track Marks" from Laser?

First let me say how sorry I am that you are having this difficulty. Frankly, I am not much of a fan of lasers, IPL, as well as a number of other energy-based devices, having been disappointed with the results of these treatments. In general, a relatively inexpensive series of two to four treatments spaced at four to six week intervals helps to smooth skin and promote new, native collagen synthesis (neocollagenesis). Medical microneedle therapy may be done with a manual or a motor-driven device. Consultation with a core aesthetic physician with experience.A series of chemical peels and manual dermabrasion are of course other tried and true approaches to improving textural problems that have stood the test of time. You would be well advised to seek consultation and treatment by a board certified aesthetic physician with expertise and experience with all available treatments for skin surface irregularities. 

Please post  a photo of the marks to help understand the treatment necessary. I have treating patients with Fraxel laser for years and have not seen what you are describing. Please consult a board certified dermatologist for the best advice with a great deal of experience with lasers
