Derma roller over wrinkles with slight facial hair. Will the derma roller encourage facial hair to grow back more?

I am a women who is about to use a 0.25 derma roller for the first time on my face to improve some wrinkles. However, I have slight darkish facial hair which I usually remove by waxing or using tweezers. Will my derma roller encourage these nasty hairs to grow back more? Also, can I still wax or pluck my hair before or after derma rolling? If so, how much time do i have to wait? Or will my skin get damaged?
