I had a Rhinoplasty about 20 years ago. Not satisfied with the results, I opted for a Revision Rhinoplasty to correct a pinched nose on February, 2015. After a year, small bumps appeared on each side of nose. These bumps feel a little firm when I touch it, but not to hard. I have tried two steroid injections a few months ago, but it didn't work. What would be the most effective approach to remove these bumps? Do I need a Revision Rhinoplasty?
I would review with your plastic surgeon first what his/her thoughts were, and what was performed/added- perhaps this is in the skin versus from underneath the skin.. which have very different treatment approaches..
