Is it safe to use TriPollar all over the face & neck without losing the ‘good fat’ anywhere? I’m 54

Dear Doctors, Ads promise this device does not "melt" fat if used as directed but they do not indicate which fat they're referring to: fat under the platysma bands or above, closer to the skin surface? Botox on bands and under my jaw just nearly 100% removed the jowls formed over 2 yrs + there is now some extra skin to tighten under my jaw, chin + lower face but not on my neck. Is it safe to use this device all over the face and neck without losing the ‘good fat’ anywhere? I’m 54.
