I have a 7 units zirconia bridge with 2 Pontic tooth (7 and 5). I want to have implants on the 2 missing tooth. Is there a way to section the bridge without damaging it or I need to change the whole bridge for individual crowns which is going to be very costly. Thank you for your feedback

Based on the jaw x-ray you sent, apicoectomy may not be successful. The success rate is especially lower for teeth with two roots. Tooth extraction and implant placement are the most suitable treatment options for you.
No need to loose the implants if we change the crowns on implants with digital workflow and monolithic zirconia body will regenerate the bone. There are lots of studies about this.. No surgery or complications needed.
