What kind of surgery can fix this issue? (Photo)

I’ve always had “buck teeth” or a really big upper overbite .. so my mouth poked out at the top lip . I have braces and my teeth are looking alittle more straighter however my mouth still looks like it pokes out . Or like a protruding lip … what can be done to fix this , continuing braces or surgery ?
