Counterfeit Emsculpt machines?

Question

A local med spa offers Emsculpt treatments (marketed as Emsculpt) for a surprisingly low price (325 a session USD). When I asked , they said it was because they had already paid off the machine. Is there any way to determine whether or not it is real? Can I ask for a certificate of authenticity? The machine looks like Emsculpt machines but it doesn't have the logo, it has the med spa's name on it.

There is really no other machine can that out compete EMSCulpt. Even if the machine is paid off, usually the cost is more than $325 per session. The company's name and logo is fairly large on all its machines.
That med spa may have a competitor machine which does not deliver what EMSculpt does. Find someone who actually has the EMSculpt machine and see for yourself.  Owners of EMSculpt are proud of their machines and don't cover up the name.

1. Emsculpt, Emsculpt Neo, EmFace, Emsella chair, should all have the logo “BTL” displayed on their consoles. Have your provider give you the name of their BTL rep. If they won’t, it’s not real! There are many ways to check but these are the most a couple of the quickest. Take care. Good luck on your self care journey!!

Another think to look for other than the BTL logo, you can go to this link and find a provider listed by the company that has a certified machine. I know the counterfeit machines not only will have minimal results but also can cause injury. As approved provider by the BTL company they regulate the price for treatments for the emsculpt neo, or the emsculpt only. Hope that was helpful.
