I had root canal done on tooth 12,13 more than 7years ago. I was recently referred for Apicoectomy on 13. The doctor is saying that procedure of Apicoectomy is not worth it to just extract tooth and implant. Should I continue to look for a second opinion or just go with extraction and implant, Cost plays a big factor on why I’m trying to get the Apicoectomy. Also being that I’m not ready to extract tooth.
