I missed some little hairs shaving. Why did she not remove them before she used the laser?

Laser hair removal can take anywhere from 5-7 sessions to see maximum hair loss.  It is not uncommon at all to not see more than 20% hair loss after each session, as the hair needs to be in the growth phase to be affected by the laser.  It is up to the provider if they choose to shave patients or not, your provider may not shave patients.  If you have missed areas shaving and they do not shave there is a good chance they did not treat the area with hair.  If they treat the area with hair it would burn the hair and your skin.  I would reach out to your provider and let them know your experience and ask them.
