I have had a Revision Nose Surgery, but my nose turned out bigger. Can I decrease My nose 3-dimensionally?

Rhinoplasty in general can cause quite a bit of swelling. This can take a year or longer to settle down. Be patient.

Yes, reduction rhinoplasty can achieve a smaller nose in 3 dimensions but the initial swelling can take up to 3 months to resolve before you see the change. Also, there is a limit to how much you can reduce the size of the nose and have to be realistic.
