Most recently, a particular type of anatomic (teardrop) shaped implant available in Europe for several years before being approved in the US has become available for cosmetic and reconstructive indications in the US. The latest 'gummy bear' implants are definitely available and currently offered by two companies as stated
No, gummy bear/anatomical/shaped implants are still available and used every day. There are 3 manufacturers of implants and one has voluntarily withdrawn from the market as they work on some internal issues with their manufacturing. The other 2 companies make gummy bear/anatomical implants that are widely available.
