Is it better during Thermage to avoid the skin above carotids? Or Thermage can't have any effect on them?

Thermage or Ultherapy ? Williamsville NY

Either system limits energy delivery, whether by ultrasound or RF to 5 mm blow skin level.

Ultherapy has not been shown to cause problems with the carotid as energy is focused and delivery visulaized by DEEPSEE or B mode ultrasound.
