I went to a micropigmentation procedure ,without the touch up and i really want to get rid of it . If i let the time go by, it will ever fade completely from my brows? If i try some removal methods, is there the risk that these may Affect the natural eyebrow hair and stop it from growing ? Thank you.

It looks like the pigment that was used pulled out the red tones along with the pigment fading to a lighter tone. Try not to worry. At your touch up visit, your artist will do a color correction and do all corrections to the brows at that visit.
Hope this helps!
I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your microblading. I can see the asymmetry and your brows are on the thicker side. At your touch up visit your brows will end up being even thicker. I would recommend having the pigment lifted then redo the complete brow.
Best to you,
I would recommend having your provider correct the brows and lift the orange pigment. This is something you do not want to attempt at home.
Best to you,
