Will the pigment from micropigmentation ever fade out completely? (photo)

Question

I went to a micropigmentation procedure ,without the touch up and i really want to get rid of it . If i let the time go by, it will ever fade completely from my brows? If i try some removal methods, is there the risk that these may Affect the natural eyebrow hair and stop it from growing ? Thank you.

Most micropigmentation treatments use semi permanent pigments. You may want to determine with your provider which type of pigments they used on you. If semi permanent pigment was used, the pigment will completely fade over time, usually by 2-3 years depending on your sun exposure, products used and facial treatments. If a permanent pigment was used the pigment will not fade completely and you may need to return to your provider to have the pigment lightened. I would not recommend trying to fade the pigment on your own. That can result in more complications.
