6 months ahead of the previous Septoplasty/Front(turbine reduction) surgery, are there risks?

i used to experience a difficulty in breathing before the surgery and since i play soccer U18 i decided to make the surgery. everything went very well until day 30 when i got knocked hard by a soccer ball into my side . sadly i started to experience the same old symptoms , i went to a doc and he said it's still deviated even worse than before. now im going to do another Septoplasty but i need to know is there any risk of septal perforation or even re deviation after revision septoplasty ?

Septoplasty complications

A risks of complications.  Septoplasty can lead to nasal septal perforation, change in the shape of the nose, persistent nasal obstruction to name a few.  However the risks are small and benefits are great.

Nasal obstruction after trauma to the nose

There are many issues inside the nose that can cause nasal obstruction, such as deviated nasal septum, valve collapse, vestibular stenosis, allergies, chronic sinusitis. Each one of these are treated differently medications or surgery. So it's best to try and fail medical management first before electing to undergo surgical intervention for airflow.  A thorough internal examination of the nose is required to make a determination about surgical procedure.A revision septoplasty is much more difficult primary septoplasty, so it's important to go surgeon  who has extensive experience with the procedure. Septsl perforation can occur, but usually very rare by an experienced surgeon.
