My upper lip is sagging after All-on-6 bridge, is this common and what is the solution to fix this?

Thank you for your inquiry, Once multiple extractions are perform the space inside your bone taken by the roots of your teeth, cause this bone to collapse once they are no longer in mouth is very important to performed bone graft preferably the same day of the extractions to avoid this, sometimes even following this indications precisely a bit of volume is lost and this cause your lip to sag but this should be solve adding this lost volume to the prosthesis regardless if is made of porcelain or acrylic, to avoid an unwanted final result I always advice a wax proof or a non-glazed proof of porcelain this to be completely sure the patient will be happy with the final result unfortunately this makes the process even slower but it also makes it safer.

Make sure you discuss this details with your dentist because if your prosthesis is made of acrylic it might need to be removed and have more acrylic added and if your prosthesis is made of porcelain it might need to be replaced by a new one that has more pink porcelain in the gum area to obtain volume and make your lip look younger.
