I received an implant on my front tooth and the metal shows through the crown. It is terrible! It looks gray compared to my other teeth. They redid the crown 4 times and it still is noticeable. Isn't there some type of implant that is a light color rather than the gray metal to alleviate this type of situation?

Some patients do need to have a second bone graft placed before an implant and this can be for a variety of reasons. The goal is to have a solid foundation to place the implant in, if that is not achieved the implant is more likely to fail.
Stitches coming out is not a big deal after a month. Keep rinsing your mouth with salt water to prevent infection. It looks like there is a little bump which can be some remnant inflammatory tissue or possibly an infection. I would definitely recommend you follow up with your surgeon...
