I received a dental implant on my front tooth and the metal shows through the crown. What can I do?

I received an implant on my front tooth and the metal shows through the crown. It is terrible! It looks gray compared to my other teeth. They redid the crown 4 times and it still is noticeable. Isn't there some type of implant that is a light color rather than the gray metal to alleviate this type of situation?
