I received a dental implant on my front tooth and the metal shows through the crown. What can I do?

If the metal from the Implant abutment is showing through the crown, then there are a couple ways to correct this issue. The first is to have your dentist replace the metal abutment (post that gets placed into the Implant) replaced to one that is zirconia and tooth colored followed by a new crown. The other option is to get a anodized (yellowed colored) metal abutment that has a natural hue under a zirconia crown that masks out any discoloration.

I think you are referring to the abutment that is showing through the crown. You can have a zirconia abutment placed. A zirconia abutment is not metal, it is tooth colored. That with a full ceramic crown should help. If the grayness is under the gums, that's the actual implant. There isn't too much to do about that.
