2 weeks post microblading. The tail on right brow scabbed and came off and there’s nothing underneath it. What can I do? (photo)

The scabs are coming off with pigment in it. I contacted the person who did it but haven’t gotten any explanation or instructions. She did say that I bled quite a bit when I had it done. I’ve been letting them dry heal and have put aquaphor on them just a few times. I’m so disappointed and don’t know that I want to go through the whole procedure again especially with the same artist. Please advise.

If the crusts came off without significant force,then I would expect that the crust coming off did not do any damage to the eyebrow
