Best exercises to do post-op to gradually regain strength and flexibility?
I am super excited to have my BR surgery in less than two weeks. I'm ready to be free from pain and finally feel good about my body! I know that because of the weight and my posture, I am a lot less flexible and much more sore than I would be if I wasn't encumbered by my breasts. I am not overweight but look forward for the healing process to be well underway so I can go back to the gym. What exercises would you suggest I start with? I love yoga but I do not want to overdo it.
