Thanks for your question. What you have is called post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This is a skin response to injury. You can consult with a local aesthetics practice regarding topical products for this. One which is useful for example is ZO Skin Health Brightamax. Melamin (4% hydroquinone) can also be used. Topical Vitamin C 10% or higher can also help. Don't microneedle the area any further at this point.
