Is it normal for microdermabrasion to cause scratches? (Photo)

I've had microderm before but this time I have discomfort on the left side of my face with cat like scratch markings :( I'm afraid it damaged my skin? Help!

HiRetin A products are good for improving skin texture but can only do so much. You will see a definite improvement in the skins laxity but will need either Medical Needling or surgery to achieve satisfactory results.Hope this helps.

HiLittle treatments will remove your freckles unless they are very deep or contain bleaching agents. Microdermabrasion will have no effect on your freckles. Make sure you wear an SPF 30 daily.Kind regards
