My midline teeth are way off to the right so they don’t line up to my nose or my middle bow lips.

Hello Alberto and thank you for your question. Clear aligners might help your condition, but a direct supervision by a qualified dentist is a must, if you decide to go that route. I think though, braces for your case with possibly additional appliances, would be a better choice.All the best to you.
