I would looking into the DNA Appliance to expand your maxilla which would have both cosmetic and health improvements  from a larger airway.You have a very narrow "V" shaped maxilla which could become a more esthetic wide "U" shape.This can also help snoring and sleep apnea issues as you age.

Hello Alberto and thank you for your question. Clear aligners might help your condition, but a direct supervision by a qualified dentist is a must, if you decide to go that route. I think though, braces for your case with possibly additional appliances, would be a better choice.All the best to you.
