Fixing teeth while paying little to nothing

I do not accept medicaid but from it would be difficult to fix your teeth without out of pocket expenses.  You can seek help from a dental school to get a reduced fee.

Fixing Teeth With Paying Little to Nothing on Medicaid

I do not accept Medicaid in my practice, but I believe they do cover extractions and Complete Dentures. That might be your only option. You might also look into a local Dental School Clinic that might take on your case at a much reduced fee.
