Why is my Septum Deviating in the Opposite Direction After Septoplasty?

I had septo-rhinoplasty done 2 weeks ago and from the moment I woke up I could breathe out of one side of my nose and not the other. The side I was able to breath out of was the side that I couldn't breathe out of before. It looks like my septum is now deviated in the opposite direction? What went wrong?

Hi,
The cartilaginous septum has "memory'. It's possible that the septal cartilage deviated to the other side because of the this.
