My eyes are different sizes, what can be done to correct this?

I had upper, lower blepharoplasty and cheek lift 6 weeks ago. My eyes are different sizes, one is pulled much tighter. I still have the chemosis in both eyes. I'm very concerned, because the one eye looks smaller than before surgery! Thank you!

Eyes assymetrical post bleph

Since you still have chemosis or excessive swelling of the sclera I would wait and be patient.Gentle massage or warm compresses may help but you have a ways to go before you can make a final judgement.
