What are my options when it comes to fixing this? I have heard I can have botox injected, but I'm worried that injecting botox into my chin muscles will ruin the way that I smile. I smile big and show my teeth when I smile, but when I do, my chin gets very long and broad. I do not wish to simply "not smile so big" (something I've been told). Is jaw/chin reduction surgery my only option other than botox? Would getting a filler AROUND the chin area to "blend it in" to my jawline help?
