Face ruined after 4 teeth extractions for braces, will it ever go back to the way it exactly was with dental implants? (photos)

if you want to compare please compare the recent photos, the photograhs here look with a gap of more than 2-3 years atleast or even more, the extraction space gaps take atleast a year to completely close, i guess you should have taken a proper explantion before the start of the treatment, about how and what will be done as these are all pre planned and done all the same way. i am sure it will only improve your appearance not spoil the face.

i feel first photo is clicked by professional camera and second photo from mobile camera[small lens size] where distortation [long face] is common. its my advice to visit dentist whose concentration on cosmetic dentistry. he will click photos again and will perform face and bone [cephalometric] analysis to check position of teeth.
now come to your question, if you want to reverse [pre look]. no need to go for braces or implants. invisalign is good option for you in that you can achieve result without implants. and also you can see post op result before starting treatment.

With reverse orthodontic technique, your teeth can be taken back to original position and the space thus created can be filled by placing Dental Implants into jaw bone.
However, there are limitations to this procedure and sometimes complete reversal is not possible due to jaw rotations.
Alternatively, if you feel that your problem is due to loss of fullness in face due to teeth extraction and retraction of teeth, autologous fat ( your own fat from belly or thighs) can be filled to give fullness to your face.

You may want to consider looking into controlled arch orthopedics (orthodontics) to help bring forward.  Depending on the situation, there may have to be surgical intervention due to status of joints and/or airway.  It is unfortunate that this still happens.
