there r many factors that affect implant success. but if u r asking for brand only then osstem is far better than adin. one more brand which is the best is nobel biocare.

I think you mean Osstem or Adin Dental Implants.  Osstem is a Korean implant company and Adin is an Israeli implant company, both with proven track records. I have placed both implants and have found both to be good dental implants
