What skin-tightening procedures should one consider after losing a significant amount of weight?

I lost over 100lbs within a couple years, and now I suffer from loose, sagging skin, especially on my thighs, lower buttocks, middle stomach/back, and underarms. I've tried creams, massage, in addition to regular exercise and a healthy diet, but after a year or so of waiting for my skin to snap back into place without result, I'd like to surgically correct it. So in your opinion, what procedures should I consider and why?
