Hi, I have fordyce spots on the vermillion border which have pretty much hidden my lip line. I went to a dermatologist last month and he prescribed me with Retino-A, to be put on the lips for a month, every night. I read up on Retino-A and have heard that it's harmful to ingest orally, so I haven't started my course as yet. Wanted to get a second opinion on this! Could you please suggest if C02 superpulse lasers can help in removing these fordyce spot clusters? I've had this for 10 years.

Thank you for your question.Topical Retin-A can be used with Prozac. The two do not interact together, but if you experience any new symptoms, then I highly recommend you consult with your provider. Take care and good luck.
