Should I stop using Retin-A?

I am a 57 year old woman and have been using Retin-A for 4 months and I don't see any improvement in my wrinkles.And my skin is so dry!I also am on thyroid medication that can cause dry skin.The cheek wrinkles bother me the most.

Retin-A ( Tretinoin) comes in 3 strengths for a reason.  You start with the low strength and build up to the 1%.  Some patients never make it to the highest strength.  Not using it the proper way will cause excessive peeling, dryness, and the patient will decide it is not for them.  Discuss the...
