Clinical trials in hair cloning have been performed periodically for the past 20 years. If something proves helpful, it will be reviewed by the FDA and various health regulatory bodies and then released to the public. First, it must prove itself helpful. A clinical trial is just that - a trial. Any trial in hair cloning is exciting but the steps to prove effectiveness are long and the approval process is challenging.

Hair cloning is not expected for many years although many people feel that the multiple research projects should soon yield results.  I know of no studies that are soon able to come to clinical use any time soon
