Its been 3 months that I've had my dental implants i have 2 of them on the top of my mouth and the one on my right side ive notice today is feeling weird. when i push on the gum i feel pressure and a little pain, but the one on the left side feels normal. Im so scared and i don't want my implant to be rejecting is there anyway my implant can still be saved if it is infected? I'm going to go to the dentist after this weekend i just need some advice I'm having terrible anxiety from this
