My dental implant feels weird

Its been 3 months that I've had my dental implants i have 2 of them on the top of my mouth and the one on my right side ive notice today is feeling weird. when i push on the gum i feel pressure and a little pain, but the one on the left side feels normal. Im so scared and i don't want my implant to be rejecting is there anyway my implant can still be saved if it is infected? I'm going to go to the dentist after this weekend i just need some advice I'm having terrible anxiety from this

That looks like your own tooth. You might have had a post and crown and now they have come out. You should remove the tooth and have implant. The cost is about 4-5k

I can't really tell from the photo, but if the white material is hard to the touch it is most likely a piece of bone graft material. The more important question is whether there is a fistula, which is a track that originates from a point of infection out into the mouth for drainage. Please see...
