What countries can you get larger than 800cc silicone in?

Hello Kathlove and thank you for your question.  I would advise against going to a foreign country to put in silicone implants larger than 800cc's -- I have had people from overseas fly in to see me due to complications they suffered from PIP implants, the NON-MEDICAL grade silicone implants that they were offering in Europe.  I recently removed 1200cc implants from Europe.  Please understand that the FDA has not tested and approved any implants larger than 800cc's; therefore, probably not in your best interest to go bigger.  Also, the new implants that we have come in different projections and base widths -- I am pretty certain that you could get the look you desire with the current selection of implants now available; if you need more volume, fat grafting could be an option in addition to large implants. And if a lift is needed, don't sell yourself short; get the lift and get a more aesthetic breast with an appropriately sized implant.  I hope you will give one of the fine board certified plastic surgeons with expertise in advanced aesthetic breast techniques a chance to help you locally.  I hope this helps guide you.Sincerely,Dr. Sean Kelishadi
