I am a 24 year old Female, considering a minor Rhinoplasty, without a major change just a slight narrowing for my nasal bone to accentuate my feature. Will there be major crafting for the bone? I am looking for a very natural outcome, as my profile is fine at it is. I've attached a photo of a possible outcome, altered virtually, is it realistic and doable? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Rhinoplasty to narrow nasal bone
Narrowing the nasal bones involves osteotomies. This is composed of 2 medial and 2 lateral osteotomy cuts in the bone to narrow and effect a change in the bridge line. This is not a minor rhinoplasty. It is also important to make sure the tip will balance with the remainder of the nose, otherwise tip surgery will need to be performed.

Aesthetically speaking, yes the tip and bridge can be thinned with a Closed Rhinoplasty.

I love the "after" look. A properly executed Cosmetic Rhinoplasty can achieve a nice looking nose (similar, to your photo goals).
