What is this skin redness condition? (photos)

I have been dealing with a skin condition on my nose for 2 years. It usually is just red w/ no pain, but it can flair up & get swollen& painful. My skin dries easily so if my nose gets dry then it will flake, peel&bleed. I've been told it could be rosacea but nothing works Tried topical medications, antibiotics, & ivermectin. None of which helped. My local dermatologist even did a biopsy but couldn't find anything besides "inflammation" I'm desperate to get rid of this.

Close examination and history needed for a more accurate diagnosis. This maybe an overlap of seb dermatitis and rosacea. As Dr Emer suggest, see a dermatologist as combination laser- medical therapy works best. Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane, Australia.

I find the best treatment for this is isotretinoin along with pulsed dye laser and clear + brilliant or venus viva lasers. I suggest you see a dermatologist with outside the box thinking.  Best, Dr. Emer.
