Thanks for your question. Septoplasty surgery is designed to straighten your septum and improve your breathing. Post-nasal drip comes in response to inflammation in your nose, either from chronic sinus issues or from allergy. It can definitely be treated. Visit with the ENT who did your surgery (or any ENT for that matter) and they can get you set up. Good luck!
