Hello and thank you for including a photo of your tattoo. The best laser I have found for removal of black in on darker pigmented skin is the PicoWay. I do not see any ghosting with this laser unless there is already scarring from the tattoo artist. Your ink seems light so I don't think you will need that many treatments, so hopefully it will not be too expensive.
I think the ink has turned red and I agree it will need to be treated with 532 nm and 1064 nm I would use q switch and pico-second wavelengths. Best Wishes
The good thing is that the tatoo is new so it’s easier than the old ones. For sure with a laser q-switched and at least 720 picosecond laser beam it will disappear in 5session with less risk of adverse effects than using other kind of tecnology.

I would recommend that you consider a picosecond machine. We use enlighten 1064 and Fotona q switch machines. We also use picosure as well. It will take multiple treatments and it will need a formal assessment first.
