Microblading nightmare: Can I use saline solution to remove the excess pigment and shape my brows how I want them? (Photos)

I just had my brows microbladed this morning, I HATE them. I’ve always had really thin eyebrows and now they are dramatically thick and shaped differently. I’ve posted three photos - one of how I preferred my shape after filling them in with makeup prior to my appointment, as well as before and after the Microblading photos. I don’t want to remove them, just thin them.
