How many sessions of pulsed dye laser would be needed for PIE? (Photos)

Hello! I just finished a 7-month course of Accutane after stubborn breakouts caused by stopping birth control to be more holistic with my health. After 2 years of topicals and eventually turning to isotretinoin, I’m finally acne free! My last pimple in March, and my last dose this month. Now what I’m left with is light diffused red marks, PIE. I know that my skin barrier is still sensitive and needs to build up and that it can take time for those marks to fade, but I’m incredibly impatient to have my skin back to how it was before this skin event. I never had acne prior to this. My provider and I have spoken about nonablative treatment and I will likely have a consult in July assess if my skin can handle low setting VBeam or similar. That said, I’m wondering how many sessions I would need considering that the marks are already lighter than before Accutane and that it will likely be less noticable as my barrier improves. He will likely quote me for at least 3 sessions (usually his standard treatment plan) but I want to get second opinions.
