Sorry to tell you but the problem is an elongated bone which there is nothign that can be done to to that. You can add volume laterally which technically squares the chin but would also make it "bigger". Surgery involves an incision in the mouth and then rasping down the bone. Once again it would not be drastic but would help and would be a fairly easy recovery. I would reccomend to go to sleep but this can be done with twilight anesthesia easily.
It would need a consultation or at least a photo to say for sure; however I would say a combintation of jawline sculting with lipo (dry lipo even if you don't have much fat which would to allow the skin to scar down) and fillers would give you the absolute best results. Hope that helps.
